Purple Land Management was proud to sponsor the Denver Association of Professional Landmen’s 5th Annual Rockies Bash. Proceeds from the event benefited the AAPL’s Disaster Relief Fund. With the AAPL ending NAPE Rockies in recent years, the Rockies Bash is the premiere networking event for oil and gas processionals in the Denver area in 2018.
The AAPL announced in early September that they intend to provide up to $1.25 million in disaster relief for AAPL members whose lives were impacted by natural disasters including Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma.
“We want every landman on staff at PLM to be a member of the AAPL. This organization does a tremendous job of providing educational materials for landmen, group benefits packages and options for independent landmen, and the
Disaster Relief Fund which is helping those who need it the most during this difficult hurricane season. We are proud to support the DAPL and were proud to sponsor this event which will have a direct impact on the Disaster Relief Fund,” said PLM’s Vice President of Land Adrian Macias. Adrian and Ryan Barnhart traveled from Fort Worth, TX, to attend the event.
Purple Land Management opened its Denver office in April 2013. Aaron McCamant, Calie McCamant, Nick Johnson and others relocated from existing PLM offices to help open this new field office. PLM was very lucky to hire Jack Pelletier, Jamie Luckenbill, Jarred Cross, Chris Michael, and others very quickly after opening the Denver office. The entire Denver office was invited to the event which PLM has sponsored for four straight years.
PLM’s Denver, CO, office is just steps away from Denver’s 16th street mall and the company occupies the entire 5th Floor of the US Bank Building at 17th and California. Jamie Luckenbill is currently managing the office of over twenty landmen who work on projects for Denver based customers or for projects in the Colorado area.
