Since joining PLM in 2013, Robert has demonstrated unwavering dedication and a passion for energy-related land services. With an academic background that includes a Master’s in Public Administration and a Law degree from West Virginia University, Robert brings a unique blend of legal expertise and public policy understanding to the company.
As the VP of Land-East, Robert has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s footprint in the region. In 2015, Robert spearheaded the opening of the Morgantown office, a crucial milestone that expanded PLM’s reach and established a strong presence in the Northeast.
